I absolutely loved the post “24 Things Women Over 30 Should Wear” by Warning: Curves Ahead and I just happened to read it on a day I wore a dress that was probably meant for a woman half my age…

But I don’t care. Is it a bit short for a 42-year-old woman? Don’t care. Is acid wash for twenty-somethings? Don’t care. Is American Eagle a youth brand? Don’t care.

I love this dress because it evokes this:

Should you “dress your age?” Absolutely not. What does that even mean?! Ladies, wear whatever you feel good in, whatever makes you happy – that’s how we express our true style!

I love it, and I don’t think there is such a thing as “dress your age”. 🙂
Agreed! What does that even mean? Don’t know don’t care!
The Spirited Thrifter I like that sass!
Someone once told me you can’t beat the man who doesn’t care.
I’d like to adapt it that you can’t dictate to a bargains lists who doesn’t care. Haha
Wow, love the dress! The blues and white combination is catching my eye and style this summer too. Thank you for “modeling” the attitude of dressing to reveal our inner self and being courageous to own our own style and not be pleasers of others. You look incredible! Glad that you are recovering nicely from surgery.
