In case you missed it, it’s Midi Madness Week!  I’m wearing midi skirts all week long to show just how awesome this “trend” can be!  A quick reminder: a midi skirt is any skirt that falls below the knee but above the ankle.  The midi skirt I wore today is awesome for so many reasons!  First up, it’s vintage and it was only $3.50!!

It has the perfect bright artsy floral print…

It looks great with any fitted top and is perfection with a knotted chambray!

It is easy to move in!

I basically do a whole round of calisthetics to make sure I can wear skirts to work. This one passed the test with flying colours.

The perfect pleated fit makes it seem as if I have a flat midriff (I don’t)…

And, the best for last, IT HAS POCKETS!!!

That’s a lot of awesome for less than FOUR DOLLARS!  Time to go thrifting for a midi!
