The day started with me waiting for my pants to get washed and dried before I could get dressed. During which time I silently prayed that I would be able to fit them after they came out of the dryer. Also during which time I reveled in my first guest posting experience while letting my children eat chocolate chips in their underwear. By the time that was done, I had 4.5 seconds to get dressed and herd the kids out the door and get to work. But I felt great, because the piece I chose for the Pantone-inspired spring colour challenge for Linen Thursday is so pretty and perfect…
After work, I went frog hunting. Doesn’t everyone?
Then I went shopping at VV Boutique because I would hate to see one of my filled stamp cards go to waste.
I liked the neutral colour palate with a subtle pop of colour in the necklace. I liked the juxtaposition of the lace with the cargos. I loved this ensemble, and proudly told the sales associate at Value Village that I was wearing a second-hand outfit then handed her my card after explaining what a blog is. Great day all round!

Well I’m honoured to be in the category of great minds with you! I love your “Dressed by…” series! (but afraid I’d only get my daughter offering) I will look forward to seeing your version!
