Scarves With Brooches R Awesome

I’m a little surprised that Pinterest isn’t flooded with pins of scarves with brooches.  It is a super easy way to spice up your scarves, and considering that winter is here for the next 5-6 months, the more ways we can wear our scarves, the better.  As soon as I issued this week’s Tuesday Try, I knew which scarf I wanted to wear.  The next decision: which brooch?

I originally planned the top sparkly brooch then realized it was more purpley than I imagined.  Next up, my bookworm pin gifted from my gal Randa (who would be all over this Tuesday Try!), or one of the tweed Accessorize pins handed down to me from my sis, or something straight up and silver… which do you think I chose???!

I LOVED how the scarf made a simple outfit more interesting and stylish with almost no skill or effort required!

The best thing about wearing scarves with brooches is that it’s SO COZY!  I felt like I was wearing a hug all day long.

I might just wear a scarf with a brooch tomorrow too! Maybe with a different outfit, but no guarantees! You should give it a try too!
